The route in detail:
Well, is your thirst for adventure already rising? That's a good thing! After all, the five-kilometre single trail not only offers sporting pleasure, but also scenic views.
You start directly at the mountain station of the funicular and the trail also runs alongside it into the valley. The trail leads past lush meadows and through dense forests.
Obstacles such as large stones and roots can only be found away from the trail. The trail itself is weatherproof - thanks to the crushed sand coating.
By the way: On the way down, the route in the medium difficulty level (red) overcomes over 600 meters of altitude and also contains some features for very brave bikers.
Also suitable for experienced "biker families" - less experienced bikers and families should try the "Blue Lollipop" trail in the Wurbauerkogel bike park first.
There is a bike store at the Wurbauerkogel valley station where you can hire all the equipment you need, including for children, so an unforgettable vacation adventure on your bike is guaranteed!

The quickest and most comfortable way to biking bliss on the Wurzeralm? Clearly: the funicular! Because the start of the route is very close to the mountain station. Find out about prices for passenger transportation with a bike.
Good to know: The bike tickets for the Wurzeralm are also valid for the Bikepark Wurbauerkogel and in Hinterstoder.
