If no lifts are in operation on the day booked, you will receive a goodwill refund in the form of a voucher for a one-day ski pass, which can be redeemed on a date of your choice during the current season. If operations are suspended during the course of the day due to bad weather, safety reasons or force majeure (e.g. danger of avalanches), you are not entitled to a refund. There is also no entitlement to a refund in the event of operational disruptions or due to seasonal reductions in lift operations. If you already have a Hiwu Bergbahnen KeyCard or the personalized AlpineCard, you can book your ticket directly on this data carrier. If you have neither a chip card nor an AlpineCard, you will receive a booking confirmation with a QR code, which you can use to collect your ski ticket quickly and easily from the ticket machine or at the ticket office. The booking confirmation does not have to be printed out, but can also be scanned on your cell phone. A fee of € 2,- is charged for the keycard. This will be refunded when you return the keycard.
